Remembering 9-11

On that day, it didn't matter what our socioeconomic status was, what race we are, what political party we belong to, because we were all one...this is very true, and it's probably the fourteenth time you've heard it today alone, isn't it?  Because right now, on this solemn 10-year anniversary, we are joining together as one people once more.

I'd like to issue you a challenge - keep the unity going.  Observe the unity as "Americans," and apply it to the church.  Let us walk as one band of the followers of Christ, regardless of denomination...and then, keep it going.  Only by serving as one body can we share Christ's love that this world so desperately needs.

And please remember to pray for the families who have lost loved ones in the attacks and in the war.
